Legal notice and privacy

These terms govern the use of the consulting.vektac.com website and the handling of the data you send us when you request a technical assessment. By using the site, you accept them.

1. Who we are

This site belongs to VektaC, made up of Luis Ceballos, Marcos Verstraete, Bruno Roccia and Ariel Flores. Contact: consulting@vektac.com.

2. Use of the site

The content of the site is for information only. It does not constitute technical advice for any specific case: each consulting service is agreed through a written proposal setting out its scope, timeline, fees and conditions.

The site links to the other VektaC family sites (vektac.com, vektacampus.com and consulting.vektac.com), each with its own legal notice. We do our best to keep it running without interruptions, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.

3. Intellectual property

The texts, images, logos and other content of the site are protected by Argentine Intellectual Property Law 11,723. You may not copy them or use them for commercial purposes without written permission. VektaCampus and VektaConsulting are registered trademarks of Luis Ceballos, Marcos Verstraete, Bruno Roccia and Ariel Flores.

4. Privacy and personal data

What data we ask for and why: in the technical assessment form we ask for your name, position, organization, email, the service you are interested in and a description of your needs. We use them only to assess your inquiry and reply to you. We treat any technical information you share with us as confidential and do not use it for any other purpose.

We never sell or share your data. Your message reaches us by email, through the services that run the site (web hosting, email and protection against automated submissions). We keep it for as long as needed to reply and follow up on your inquiry.

Security: the site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). To prevent abuse, we count how many submissions come from each connection without storing your IP address: it is stored as a code that cannot be turned back into the address.

Cookies: we use a single technical cookie, which protects forms against forged submissions. Your language and day/night mode preferences are stored only in your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we measure visits to the site, we use a tool that does not use cookies or identify people.

Your rights: you can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, by writing to consulting@vektac.com. Access is free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless you show a legitimate interest (Article 14, paragraph 3, of Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326).

The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory authority of Law 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of the rules in force on personal data protection.

5. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; changes apply from their publication on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
